As part of the RSA‘s efforts to make us better human beings, here is their latest animated short narrated by philosopher and author Roman Krznaric.

It is about empathy, about empathy as a tool for a significant social evolution during the abolition movement, about the Parent Circle of Palestinian and Israeli survivors of violence, and about empathy stimulating a revolution in human relationships… which has a lot more power than a political revolution.

And as Krznaric explains to you commoner sociopaths that empathy can be achieved by stepping outside of one’s self, the animation’s visuals are clearly referencing Being John Malkovich FTW.
