Fifty years ago, an unknown illustrator rocked the art world with his one-man exhibition. That man was Andy Warhol, and the exhibition that helped usher in a new era in modern art was called “32 Campbell’s Soup Cans.” Perhaps you’ve heard of it.

In celebration of that singular exhibition and Warhol’s remarkable subsequent career, the people at Campbell’s Global Design team have teamed up with the Andy Warhol Foundation to release limited edition commemorative soup tins. The celebratory cans have totally updated pop-art-esque, eye-catching colors that probably would have made Warhol pretty proud. The limited edition cans will be on sale only at Target stores for the duration of the month of September, and are set to be $0.75. Sounds soup-er.
