The cancellation of the annual Halloween Parade for the first time ever, due to Sandy’s rampage, may have zapped the trick-o-treat spirit out of some New Yorkers, but it certainly didn’t dampen the spirit of a McDonald’s near the tri-border of Bed Stuy, Bushwick, and Williamsburg. This evening, employees at the fast-food chain’s Broadway and Thornton Street location shed their required zombie-like uniforms for unique costumes. Happy Halloween NYC!
