Brooklyn City Councilman David Greenfield says drivers who are ticketed for not moving their car during street cleanings should not have to bear the additional burden of scraping a stubborn neon sticker off their window for a variety of reasons: 1) It’s unsafe. 2) Paying a monetary fine is punishment enough. 3) It’s anti-American. And how about 4) It’s vandalism?

Finally someone's doing something about this. I'm probably the most anti-car person around but I feel really bad for motorists when I see these half-scraped neon stickers on their windows knowing that the city just vandalized that person's property. Quite hypocritical of Emperor Bloomberg to prosecute artists for graffiti when his lackeys walk around vandalizing people's cars all day.
soak with paper towel full of windex/wait 15 minutes/razor blade scrapper/start at the edge and work slowly
Even easier – just get goo, sop it on and in a few minutes the thing practically slides off itself. No razor required.
